What You Can Expect
Remember, this is an all-inclusive yoga holiday so there will be no extra costs for you this week! The minute you arrive at our estate, everything will be taken care of for you.
The all-inclusive price includes:
• 7 nights on a 17th century Italian estate
• Transfer airport – estate – airport
• 3 divine and healthy vegetarian meals a day, prepared with local ingredients
• Sunset drinks and dinner at a typical Italian restaurant on the Friday evening
• 6 morning sessions, each lasting 2 hours, featuring different yoga styles (hatha, yoga therapy, sivananda, kundalini, iyengar and vinyasa flow)
• 5 restorative evening sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours
• 1 massage: Shiatsu or Thai, Swedish, Reiki, etc, depending on which massage therapist is available
• 2 workshops: themes may include yoga philosophy, ayurveda, creativity, and coaching techniques
• Half-day excursion
• Silent walk through the hills of Sabina

Prices include full board accommodation, all yoga, workshops, and excursions, and one full-length treatment per person.
What You Will Do
We start each day with yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
During these morning sessions you will experience a variety of yoga styles so that you can find the ones that best suit you.
After a lovely breakfast, we gather again for the workshops. You get more insight on the true philosophy of yoga, on healthy food and you learn how you can get more balance and rest in your daily life.
In the afternoon you will have some time for yourself, take a dip in the pool, enjoy a rejuvenating massage or read that book that’s been waiting for you for a while.
On one afternoon we will visit a small typical medieval village together that’s renowned for its hill views, small alleys, and little shops.
There’s also a silent walk on the program: let the silence dazzle you and experience its strength. This silent time is often one of our guests’ favorite moments of the holiday.
Sunset is the time for the evening yoga classes. They will balance body and mind and above all, will give you a deep sense of peace and rest. After class you can enjoy, another wonderful dinner.
This is your time, your holiday, so if you want to skip a class or a workshop that is absolutely fine. Although we believe you will find the program stimulating and fun, primarily we want you to relax and enjoy yourself.
An hour from Rome we find the In Sabina estate. Two beautifully restored 17th century stone buildings overlook an incredible panorama of olive groves and fruit trees. There are three terraces with beautiful views for relaxing and watching the amazing sunsets.
Torri, a medieval village with barely 1000 residents, is about 3km away.
At In Sabina you will find a lovely arrangement of beautiful rooms set in acres of lush groves of olive trees, fresh fruit trees, flowers, and all the beauty the Italian landscape has to offer.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped, with shared bathrooms. Several single rooms are available, at additional cost. The region has long been famous for its quality food and drink; the olive oil is even considered to be one of the best in the world.

Rachel is the founder of Revealing Vajra. She will be ably assisted by Myrna van Kemenade to ensure that you enjoy varied days.
Rachel will be your guide during the evening classes. Having studied in many different styles of yoga, Kundalini and flow classes are by far her favourite ones to teach, and follow.
Rachel is also an experienced shiatsu therapist and personal coach and brings this experience to her retreats as well.

Myrna van Kemenade
Myrna attended the Dance Academy of Amsterdam and was a professional dancer for many years, starring in hit musicals such as Chicago and Saturday Night Fever.
11 years ago she shifted her energy and became a yoga teacher. She is now the owner of Yogadreams, a well-known yoga studio near Amsterdam: www.yogadreams.nl
After her Ashtanga/Power yoga training in Montfoort she went to LA to learn from one of the best, Shiva Rea. During this training she discovered a unique mix of flow, power, relaxation, music, and dance.
Myrna’s lessons are characterized by a lovely flow and her voice will guide you into a deep relaxation. For Myrna, yoga is so much more than just asanas. She will encourage you to make yoga part of your daily life.
At Yogadreams Myrna teaches Ashtanga vinyasa, stress relief and meditation.
